"I can't say enough good things about Reinders in Waukesha! I’m fairly new to yard gardening and was a bit overwhelmed by the options, but the staff here was a total helping hand. I specifically went in looking for lawn enzyme-based soil aerators and supplies for overseeding. Instead of just pointing me to a shelf, they took the time to explain how the enzymes help break down the soil for better root growth and gave me expert tips on the best seed for our local climate. Even as a beginner, I felt respected and supported. If you’re looking for professional-grade products and a friendly, knowledgeable team that treats you like a pro from day one, this is the place to go.

It was a truly positive experience at Rinders in Waukesha, and my recent visit stood out, largely thanks to Vinny. As a very small operator, I sometimes worry about getting the attention needed for smaller orders, but Vinny made me feel completely at ease. I only needed a handful of crimp-on bands and some connectors, but Vinny treated my order with the same care and attention as a much larger one. He took the time to genuinely listen to my needs and offered excellent recommendations for the proper supplies. I never felt rushed, and his expertise, as a landscaper in the past, was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Rinders for anyone in need of irrigation equipment, and if you have the chance, seek out Vinny – he provides top-notch service!

Love the Waukesha store. You can pick your own parts so you can put together whatever you need. The front counter person's knowledge needs a bit of work. The Sussex location is a bit on the slow side for getting parts picked and out to you. But the Sussex location just about always has what I need where the Waukesha location doesn't always have everything. Overall, good people. Very friendly.
